Speed flow

The new Terrex Speed Flow is a very light (225 gr) mountain running shoe suitable for Steeper trails thanks to its super grippy sole. Featuring a lightweight and cushioned midsole to absorb impacts, it features a seamless liner that protects you as you move between wet rocks and slippery roots. The Continental™ rubber sole provides ideal grip even in the wet. The upper is made of at least 50% recycled materials.
