Return request

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason within 14 (fourteen) working days by simply informing us of the revocation of the contract. However, a motivation from you would help us evaluate our performance and optimize our offer. The deadline for terminating the contract begins from the day of delivery of the goods. It is important to send a written communication in time via e-mail ([email protected]) or by returning the goods ordered to Boni Sport sas:

For returns by post or fax, please contact us so that we can provide you with the return form +39 010 2091974. After sending the termination of the contract, you undertake to return the goods to BoniSport sas.

Important: In the event that the goods to be returned do not exceed a value of 90.00 Euros, it is the customer’s responsibility to bear the return costs, provided that the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered. Otherwise the return is free of charge. Goods that cannot be shipped due to their size or weight will be recalled.

It is not possible to return or exchange the goods if:
a) it was tailor-made or clearly personalized (e.g. goods sold by the metre),
b) or if, by its nature, it cannot be returned or if it risks being deteriorated or altered rapidly
c) was opened by the consumer (e.g. sealed audiovisual products or software),
d) these are books, magazines, geographical maps,
e) these are underwear and swimsuits (for hygiene reasons),
f) these are items relating to mountaineering (e.g. the avalanche airbag),
g) if its condition or quality has been influenced by the consumer (e.g. dirty or damaged items etc.),

Please do not remove the labels from the items (manufacturer’s label) until will not have definitively decided to purchase the item. In case of termination of the contract we can only accept items that are in their original condition.
